    Which characters benefit more from smash stick over tilt stick?

    Any time where a character's smashes are as good or better in most situations is when you should be using the smash c-stick to get out quick punishes. The one character I can think of off-hand is Marth, since that's what he's known for .

    There's also d-tilt -> u-tilt on most characters at 0% that's small but consistent damage.
