After a footstool, you can use the first DED to stall. Not sure what I can get out of this yet but i can get an FF Uair to footstool with a DED stall and quickly drop down to do an F-Smash on peach at 25%, and it does about 26%. Kinda hard to explain without a visual, I know, but what can you do...
