    Well, that's the problem. I can't combine the 400 frames color and model animation of the splash model with the 6000 frames from the platforms animation in one brres... Basically it's a filesize problem

    You need to move the Ganondorf model, animations and texture in other ModelData (for example Modeldata 101 with the pokemon trainer model)

    It's the filesize. You have to reduce the size of Ganon's textures (512 to 256) and it should works
