How can I use Naryu while either rising (i.e. for recovery) or falling? I've looked through other threads and didn't see anything (probably missed the post) so if you just want to link me to another post that'd be cool too.

I know he hasn't performed as well in tourny as Hyphen has, but S.Ness is definitely as good as he is. He's #1 on our WWU ladders for Melee and PM (above Hyphen in Melee). I know that a people down south have taken games off of him but he should definitely be taken into consideration.
