I am a 19 year old attending Texas A&M. I picked up smash for the very first time in May of 2014, and the learning curve has been insane. I hadn't ever had the chance to play the game before then, so on top of having to learn the competitive "standard" tech skill, I've had to learn how to adapt to playing against real opponents and still have so many more strides to make. I love the community and being able to enjoy competitive matches as well as just messing around with my friends. Best game mode: 2 minutes, Mario vs. Dr. Mario, all random stages, very high items, bats only. Play it, then tell me it isn't the most hype way to play.
