I see how you feel but you need to understand that melee and smash 4 are two radically different games. Just because melee is old doesn't mean people need to "move on" and the "bugs and exploits" were what gave it it's unique gameplay. I also wouldn't say brawl and smash 4 progressed past it...

I'm sure that VGBC is not a part of this. PM needed to be moved to another night because of the high attendance it was gaining, but GimR doesn't have the time to stream it after all of these weekend tournaments so he handed it over to umdsmash. I could be wrong, but I trust VGBC.

Yep. You can put 20XX on a USB drive, but to use letterbomb and install homebrew you need a 2gb SD card.

No proof? Have you seen the reddit threads? I understand where you're coming from but there is some very solid evidence against Strife.

Are you using letterbomb on an SD card? If you're having a lot of trouble with this you can wait until they come out with the memory card exploit.

Depending on where you get it, the official controller adapter should be the most cost effective since it is the only one with 4 controller ports.

I really enjoyed the changes in 3.5 overall though. Everyone is still good, just different. I think people were too quick to call the changes unneeded and quit before actually seeing what kind of impact they had. Of course, the lack of streamed tournaments of 3.5 is also a factor.

Other than the pal adjustments, I don't think anything else should be changed. If they change the balance they should just release a melee mode for smash 4 instead, as they would run the risk of ruining the core gameplay of melee which would make the entire remake a waste of time.
