How would YOU buff Incineroar?
Really the only buff I want from him (and for most counters....) is for Revenge to negate multi-hitting projectiles instead of letting them continue- Doppelotter

He definitely seems like a high skill ceiling kinda character. I was worried about Command Select being broken but I think it's worked out fairly well (honestly probably underpowered since there's like, 20 spells).
