So, I'm having a lot of issues against Mario as Dedede. No matter what I try, I always find myself on the receiving end of a throw combo, no matter whether or not I play defensively or go for the approach. Is there any way I can play the matchup effectively?

If they made it as DLC, I'd certainly buy a Ted Lewis voice pack for Dedede.

Regarding the taunt match up for Dedede vs Bayo, I'd say they have equal amounts of pure style, but D3 outclasses her in taunt length and resulting saltiness from the other player. Anyways, I have a question. I'm aware that Dedede is trash against Zero Skill Spamus, but how are his match ups...

I think as long as we keep our Gordo trapping game and edge options as good as they are currently, we shouldn't have issues with Bayo and Corrin, as long as we play it smart. I'd see Corrin being the biggest pest, though, due to his counter and neutral B.

I decided to rethink my ideas for changes somewhat, as I think Dedede just needs these things to be (at least somewhat) viable against higher tiers: Increase Gordo Reflection Damage by 4-5%, leaving around 6-7% for Gordo to fly right back. Decrease Startup and End Lag on all Aerials besides...

I'd imagine that (Considering it's combo potential and the safety net that is Bat Within) Witch Time would be a move with more end-lag on an unsuccessful use. Most moves with the same capabilities that Witch Time seems to have often have a lot of lag (For example, Dedede and Bowser's FSmashes)...

I think the match-up is indeed in Pac-Man's favour. Pac-Man's Neutral B projectiles (Strawberry, Orange, Galaxian and Key, in particular) are faster and less risky than the Can (despite DH being able to grab the thrown projectile). Side-B's Super Armour also makes approach towards DH really easy...

Hey guys! I recently started practicing with Bowser and I think I'd like to pick him up as a main to use as a secondary. I know about the recently added Up-Throw to Up Air/Up Tilt/Up Smash method to rack up damage, but are there any other things I should know about and/or practise with the Bows?

Crouch is clearly the best taunt. Lagless, infinite and links into attacks. Down taunt is also Dedede's best D-Pad taunt. Up Taunt is best used as a salute to others.
