Not particularly sure. But from my experience against Bowser, he may be slow but his attacks cover a good amount of space and can compete against Marth's range.

How is Marth's neutral game? How to deal with an opponent just waiting for you to make a move then spot dodges or perfect shields accordingly then punishes?

Yes, that's an actual thing although I barely see any Marth use it. I personally love doing jab 1 into Fsmash to condition opponents into jumping out instead of airdodging through that, then I pull out JC DB 1 > Nair 1 > Up smash. That way once they try and jump out, they get the tipper Usmash...

Marth's kill options are mostly achievable by baiting or reads. Based on experience, with tipper, Marth's tilts can kill at 100 with rage or even earlier depending where on the stage. You can also jab 1 into smash or mix it up with a SH DB cancel into Nair 1 into up smash.

So then what do you recommend for me to do to keep out a rushdown character for example? SH Fair no FF? In my experience, full hopping Fairs doesnt work against them, or am I not using that properly?
