    I see you main Falcon. My best tip for you is knowing the matchups well, especially against top and high tier characters. Also remember, Falcon is not a rush down character, he's a bait and punish character.

    If you want a reliable capture device, the Hauppauge HD PVR 2 sells for under $100 on eBay. I've also seen a few auctions for the Elgato Game Capture HD end at under $100. If you look around, you may be able to find an AverMedia Live Gamer Portable Lite for under $100 as well.
