...People tried to use meteors to kill in Melee? News to me. I thought they didn't because of the meteor canceling system. The only spikes worth using were the ones that weren't meteors.

Sheik has Fair, while not a straight up KO move is definitely a gimp aerial which serves a somewhat similar purpose (killing aerial). But besides that, I agree with pretty much everything you said.

Because that was his defining factor in Melee, and his/her personality on the Anime. However, with the Aura thing (hopefully), you could make it so the electricity could be used much more strategically, and taking damage from your own attacks won't just flat out suck.

Because it's in the OP, and the link seems to work for everyone else. Just make sure you have the File Replacement code in your .gct before trying to put the .pac in your SD card. Otherwise it doesn't do anything.

If you attach the Bunny Hood spawn to a Taunt so that you're vulnerable while putting the hood on, I don't think it'd hurt too much to experiment with it at the very least. Flavor-wise, it's a freaking fantastic idea, but balance-wise, we might as well test it.

You could probably do that. People sometimes seem to forget about what hexing can do since the advent of PSA. Since you're using model modification codes anyway, adding a few Hex modifications to YL's articles wouldn't be too big of a deal anyway. You just need to figure out how to do it.
