Powershielding is really useful against link.

Yeah that is correct. Boost grab can also help with chain grabs if you need some more distance. Its pretty punishable if you miss so try not to overuse it.

Yeah the timing is weird at first but its good to learn because once you know how to dacus with link, you can dacus with everyone else since they are all the same now.

They made it harder to do but in my opinion it doesn't take long to get used to. A little trick i am using when i dacus is as soon as i hit dash and c-stick down i angle my control stick to the top right so its a little faster than going straight up. Hopefully that makes sense.

Dacus is harder to do now since everyones dacus is 2 frames.

What new special fall landing animation? maybe i haven't noticed it yet. Link feels faster in this build with his faster jumpsquat. I agree about the bombs too, i used to throw my bomb into my boomerang and the bomb would pop up so i could do some neat bomb tricks but not it barley pops up but...

How does link feel in this game compared to the others?

Alright thanks man, i went to smash sundays and i was getting destroyed my lucas haha. Hes like fox but with good recovery haha.

Im having a problem with killing my opponents as link. I can get damage on them very easily but it usually takes until 120-180% until i can finally kill them. Does anyone have any tips to help me out on this?

Yeah, i was finally able to do it a couple of times while i was in the lab. Alot of the time when i use to upB i would do a air upB when i wanted it grounded so thats why i turned tap jump off so it would help my game a little more. Thanks for the response.

How do you do up b and upsmash out of shield with tap jump off? I press y and do the attack and sometimes i will get what i want but a lot of times i will just do a grab.
