I personally want the attack hit box on up-b to be bigger. The only time I hit with it is when gliding across the ground. An aerial side-b would be nice though, and Project m already put in that idea, and did it well.

You need to understand that up-b is definitely not your only option. You have your side-b, double jump, and a wall jump to recover with. Practice your wall jumping skills, and then try aerials like bair and dair offstage.

All these people are probably joking. Marth is pretty high tier in Brawl too. I don't know much about him, so I'm just gonna assume he's similar to smash 4. He is a beast in the air though, so use that to your advantage.
