Canada Cup is Crowdfunding a $30K SSBM Prize Pool
This is a great use of crowdfunding and I love seeing this. It's so much better than using crowdfunding to fly in top 5 players. Speaking of which, this is awesome. Lap Chi is a top tier homie for doing this. Canada seems to be doing a lot of things right for Melee, and that makes me happy. -

You still going to Xanadu? This semester was rough and unfortunately I have summer school as well now. But I am hoping to grind my melee skill and actually get back into smash 4 again this summer. I can still cause a ruckus at my school in smash 4 so I know the potential is there.- Casval

Let's be real here. Most of the complaints about smash 4's gameplay are nonexistent in most of the Fire Emblem representatives. They don't have cheesy combos, they don't have truckloads of guaranteed throw followups, and most of them can't projectile camp. There is no dthrow > 50 utilts > 50... -

I was at Dismantle 1 and it was so rad. One of my favorite events I've been to. They even had a Brawl Minus side event. I was planning on going to Dismantle 2, but I'll unfortunately be out of town. Still gonna try to watch, though.
