how do I find the offset for a texture that I dumped from dolphin? im modifying textures for yoshis story so i know Im supposed to use grst.dat but i dont have any way of finding the offset I have melee toolikit- bilf

Hey guys, is there a specific file that I can exclude from the file replacements in order to take out the PAL versions of the characters? I just find it inconvenient when someone who doesn't know they are doing accidentally presses R lol- bilf

after connecting with a shffled f-air when the opponent is at low percents is there a guaranteed grab afterwards? maybe on some characters but not others? whats the frame window if its not a "combo"?
