tbh theres way too many too many characters that I'm hype for to decide (wolf, ridley among others). unless a character is revealed I'm extremely biased towards (like prof Layton) ill probably just leave it to release and see which ones the most fun to play and decide then

given how they gave it an ambiguous cg trailer with no actual info I doubt it'll be a port since they would probably have made it clearer in order to avoid annoying people who would be fooled from the trailer its an entirely new game. But companies have done stupider things in the past I guess

Im glad to hear about skills not being based on random chance in echoes. Previously the skills didnt feel useful or strateigical to me because of the randomness. Crits are enough randomness in my opininion.

Looking at the results right now cloud had absolutely noone placing anywhere relevant from what i can see. I know some players werent there, (like for example Tweek who wasnt there to my knowledge) but its interesting that absolutely noone near the top end of the bracket was playing cloud...
