Regular Up B doesn't have a sourspot or a sweetspot. It only has one hitbox and that's the rising hitbox. The Heavy Up B has two hitboxes though. The beginning of the move which does 16% and can kill Falco at 135%, and the rising hitbox that does 10% and can't kill very well. The...

U-Tilt isn't a good kill move AFAIK, last time I killed with it was 160%. Also, the post might be outdated anyways.

Don't forget Luigi taunt. Wario Waft isn't that hard to land though. Good speed, reasonable hitbox, it doesn't compare to stuff like Warlock Punch.

Nah, Ness is easy. Don't focus on filling your bucket, focus on avoiding the PK Fire through other methods and punish. If you power-shield, it's a free grab. If you jump over it, you can fastfall an aerial. Heck, make sure he doesn't throw it out often in the first place. Apply Dash Attack...

Falco's laser isn't that scary anyways. You can crouch under it or power-shield if you have the timing, it's only safe at long range because of that end lag, and the damage output is really pathetic, even for a lightweight like G&W. It doesn't help that Falco's best tools are at close quarters...

You can take this a step further and throw up in an Up B, doesn't work for Up B 3 due to lack of rising hitbox. I'm pretty sure Up B 2, despite shortened length, will still connect.
