Adding on to what these guys said, Diddy had a lot of crazy tools like a bigger hitbox on Up air so it was actually a tool you could throw out it neutral to get your opponent in the air without needing to grab. Up air also had one frame less of endlag and had better auto cancel frames. Down...

yeah we probably have an even MU now. Sheik still has better Frame data and a better offstage game but our matchup is much better now. We're most likely top 5 now

I use downsmash a lot now since downtilt to downsmash is amazing now.

Definitely in Fox's favor due to his superior frame data. Still doable though since we have better range on our moves and a better neutral game. As C3PO said, a good Fox player will leave very little room to breathe.
