    Missing files in Project M 3.6? (Hackless)

    I downloaded PM 3.6 (memory fix) from Project Mirror today and looked in the character folders, and there are tons of missing files. Many characters are missing PAC and PCS files, and some characters only have one costume. Is this... normal, or am I doing something wrong?

    Is it all right if participants don't stay for the whole time? I live a few hours away, and driving home that late at night is… undesirable.
