IMO Town and City is by far our strongest neutral stage. The High platforms allow very early kills from U-throw and you can safely recover on them with Side-b (which has little ending lag on landing) instead of going for the edge. Due to Falco's excellent vertical mobility, you'll normally...

Most of those buffs makes sense. But i don't see Fsmash, Firebird and D-air getting those changes though. The REAL priority is to decrease the endlag on Jab 1 and 2 (so they would finally be reliable and safe poke moves to throw in the neutral). Also, give a complete hitbox to Side-b like Fox.

-Both of them are not, F-air can sometimes but it is not reliable. -SHFF B-air has +1/0 frame advantage on shield so go for it. Be careful to not get predictable between two jumps however.

I'm playing it on the 3DS and it actually hits on all the phantasm's animation. It doesn't hit at the very end (which seems to be normal). Doesn't it on Wii U ?

Considering Falco has one the best vertical mobilty in the game, i would say frame 6 is quite good lol.
