why is sheiks recovery so low his jumps are big he has tether and his teleport while not safe can avoid edgehogging. though not absolutly steller i see it as better than a 5 or = to bowser and less than zss who both really suck at recovering.

its clearly not the distance is way off. its either the dash into pivot ftilt or something unknown which isnt too likely the resolution is too low to see clearly what is happening.
