I think Bubsy could still be funny even as a balanced fighter. I know you were going for next to no KO power, but if he's a fighter, he might as well have some weird, obnoxious strengths. I'm thinking of a "clutch" factor, like Jiggs' rest. Other than that, I love this idea to death. Especially...
