I don't know of anyone who thought Brawl would've been cut. There was speculation that doubles for all games might get cut, but that was only speculation. As for KI and the other "FGC" games, I don't think they were ever going to get cut. Their consoles aren't used for any other games at Apex...

Not as of yet. Bifuteki's schedule is likely only minimally changed, but we'll see about the others. Most likely scenario is that today's schedule looks more or less like yesterday's schedule during the first half and more like today's original schedule in the last half.

The FCG stuff will likely be on Bifuteki, more or less as schedule. As for the other stuff, it's likely going to be mostly Melee on VGBootcamp and mostly Sm4sh on TeamSp00ky.

Short for Fighting Game Community. It's being used as a catch-all for the "traditional" fighting games at Apex - Ultra Street Fighter 4, Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3, Guilty Gear Xrd, and Killer Instinct.

Nope. KI's finals are Saturday night and aren't getting streamed. The other "fighting" games have their finals on Sunday (Xrd at 9, Marvel at 11, Ultra at 1) and will be streamed on VGBC.

If this schedule is correct and final, that means: On the Smash side: No stream time for Pokemon at all, and no stream time for 64 Doubles or Brawl Doubles. On the FGC side, Pool play for Killer Instinct and Semi-finals for Guilty Gear, but no finals stream for either game.
