I think he's a bit OP. Quite a few of his moves have super armor and ridiculous knockback. Personally, I think the KO Punch isn't such an annoying move. It's easy to dodge and easier to punish. The only problem I have with it is the charge. It gets charged from both hitting and being hit. Also...
