Is there a way to increase the number of music tracks a particular stage can have on Brawl and/or Project M?

I'm looking to alter the theme a little, and I can't seem to find where the file is located so I can replace/add it. Also not sure if it is considered a brstm or a sawnd type of file.

I replaced a sound effect, and I got this in the black box: Will it work with the new sound effect? It seems like the sound was added, then the program detected more space than what was allowed, then it fixed the space issue while adding the sound effect (?). EDIT: I just read through the post...

Are there any tutorials on creating original movesets for the current version of PM? I've only seen simply adding the moveset files to a character.

Is there a guide on how to add a character with their own custom moveset (or how to make a custom moveset in the first place) somewhere? I think the process is similar to this guide, but this one seems to focus more on clones than "new" characters.
