I already made a post about this but I thought it may also fit here

I had found a way to use Bidou with the default Smash Stick.
Video synopsis if you don't feel like watching a phone quality video:
To use Bidou with the Smash Stick, you must do two things:
Set 2 buttons for attack and 2 buttons for special
Have A+B to Smash ON
To actually use it:
Hold both Attack and Special down, then, flick the C Stick in any direction. You will move exactly like with special stick Bidou with 2 exceptions
YOU CAN'T HOLD C STICK DOWN (you won't be able to use the control stick)
TO USE TILTS OR SPECIALS, YOU MUST LET GO OF BOTH A AND B (otherwise, you'll only do a smash attack)
There is also a different way to perfect pivot crouch and perfect pivot spotdodge
To perfect pivot crouch, you HAVE TO PERFECT PIVOT THEN PRESS DOWN ON C STICK (doing it like special Bidou will let you perfect pivot, but the crouch will be delayed)
Same with perfect pivot spotdodging, you have to perfect pivot, shield, then press down on the C Stick
There is one huge benefit though, letting go of either A or B in the air will let you
use the c stick for aerials.
Everything else works exactly the same
Misc. notes:
This works due to the way macros in this game are handled. For example, Grab is just a macro of Shield and Attack. Holding down Attack and pressing Grab will make you shield or airdodge. Holding down Shield and Pressing Grab in the air will make you do aerials. This is because you are already holding down one input, and macros register inputs frame 1 and for 1 frame, so when a macro is pressed, the game still assumes you're still just holding down that input. C Stick attacks are just macros for a direction and an attack, so holding down that attack will make it not register, and just the direction.
I do not know the reason this does not work by just pressing A, I assume the game handles smash attacks as a separate input.
This will not work with Attack C Stick, as the direction it gives is the minimum value needed for a tilt to come out when it is pressed. Holding A and pressing a direction will only make you move very slightly. However, you can still do turnarounds with it.
Hopefully this helps.
