Rosalina and luma-each move percent that puts oppenent in tumble.

Game Versions
Smash 3DS, Smash Wii U
Rosalina has a bunch a moves that put people in tumble at low percents. If the opponent misses their tech when in tumble, you are in a big advantage state because your opponent is in a tech chase.

This is all done on pit who is midweight. The percent's may very depending on the character's weight. When I say 0-10 or 0-5 it may mean that they get put in tumble around there because it can be hard to test for the exact amount on some multihit moves.

dtilt and ftilt are the safest to start tech chases due to little cool down they have.

Its difficult to get an understanding of what you are trying to accomplish here. I know what you WANT to do but your explanation of your idea here is really poor; using specific character types such as Lightweights (Kirby), Midweights (Mario/Cloud), Heavyweights (Donkey Kong), and Fast Fallers (Sheik) for every attack could be much more useful, as well as listing WHAT we can do afterwards. This subject itself is less of a 'guide' and more a post for the RosaLuma forums, if anything.
