The Jigglypuff guide is right here! Every move you need to know.
Specials
Rollout: Good horizontal recovery fully charged. Does decent knockback while bringing the opponent upward or sideways. Its fast speed gives an advantage over slow moving characters (Ganondorf). When hitting an opponent in the air Jigglypuff will have helpless frame making her unmovable until she lands on a platform or falls causing a K.O. on her/himself. Damage: 14% Fully charged, K.O. Percentage: Around 123%
Pound: Pound is a horizontal "pound" with decent power and decent knockback and it has a long lasting hitbox. Pound can add further pressure by stopping projectiles (Bonus Fruit) and even stopping you opponent during an attack or when they are running at you. Damage: 11%, K.O. percent: Around 180%
Sing: Sing is Jigglypuffs replacement for a recovery. Jigglypuff sings a song and anyone who is caught in the singing will be put to sleep. Anyone who doesn't fall asleep will be able to attack while Jigglypuff cant move during the song. The higher the percentage the more the opponent sleeps. Damage: 0%, Percentage while the opponent is sleeping to follow up with a smash/attack: 12% or higher.
Rest: Rest is a VERY strong but long lasting move that leaves Jiggly open for an attack for more than 200+ frames. Jigglypuff falls asleep but for the first frames puff releases strong energy as an attack and is invincible until her eyes are fully closed
Percentage: 20%+Flower= Around 60%, K.O. Percentage: (Depends on weight of character) Easiest to hardest: Jigglypuff: 36% while Shulk (Shield): 118%.
Hope you enjoy and Part 2 will come soon if popular or if I feel like it.
I don't recommend reviewing, its a terrible guide anyway... just look at the reviews.
