This is actually a really interesting point, because there has been research done that shows that if you really want to concentrate and learn, you're better off without music or sound. I'm glad you actually brought it up. :)
However, there are a few things you need to consider when it comes to rumble. Some people just find it plain distracting, and others fear that it slowly damages controllers - even though I have found no evidence to back that up. And then there are those people that just rip the things out. (ragequit plz...)
Basically what I'm getting at is that not everyone learns the same way, and we all know that. People who disable their rumble will most likely rely on visual and audio cues, and by turning off sound we're actually hindering their way of learning.
I myself really love rumble because I feel more "solid" when I have it on, but others probably find that it ruins their timing and screws with their muscle memory. Most people disable rumble because of that reason, really.
On the positive side, I really like how in the video you only kept your voice and no other sounds in the background. I happen to be someone who might be going slightly deaf, and it really helps when there's only one voice or sound to focus on.
