Download the following:
Python 2.7.8
Pygame for Python 2.7 (probably pygame-1.9.1.win32-py2.7.msi if on windows)
PGU v0.18
Padpyght
Install Python, then install pygame
Unzip PGU and Padpyght
Open the PGU folder to the directory with the setup file, hold shift, right click, and click on "open command window here"
Type in the command window "setup.py install" (no quotes)
Go in the padpyght master folder and run padpyght.pyw
