I couldn't find anywhere how to get the two port Mayflash Adapter to work with Dolphin v .6554 so I decided to make a guide. Keep in mind this worked for me and I have not tried it on any other computer but my own so please leave feedback if this helped.
So this is what it should look like opening your controllers where it has no Adapter Detected. The first step is to download http://zadig.akeo.ie/ Zadig which will replace your adapter's driver.
Under Device select view all devices and select the USB GamePad (Interface 0) option. Reinstall the Driver. Now the next step is to open up your start menu or Windows 8 equivalent and search for drivers. Select Update Device Drivers. Now make sure that your Adapter is plugged in and at the bottom you should find.
Now under Universal Serial Bus devices right click the USB GamePad (Interface 0) and select Uninstall Driver.
MAKE SURE YOU CHECK DELETE THE DRIVER SOFTWARE FOR THIS DEVICE. Hit Ok and then unplug and re-plug your adapter. The device should install and now re-open Dolphin .6554 and it should work if not close it and open it again. Make sure DInput/0/USB GamePad is selected in Dolphin.
