In this guide, i will go over king dedede's best (in my opinion) moves and the ones you just dont use like ever. and uh, when to use them i guess.
BEST MOVES:
always up B at any point in the game its always going to hit i promise
a good mixup is to just crouch and then get the enemy to taunt, immediately down tilt when this happens.
inhale is your best punish. after the down tilt i taught you a second ago, immediately go for inhale.
jab is like cool. just walk up and jab.
DASH ATTACK: WHEN THEY GET TO 75% USE NOTHING BUT THIS BECAUSE CLUMSY KING DEDEDE MUST DESTROY EVERYTHING IN HIS PATH
WORST MOVE:
gordo. dont get destroyed by jigglypuff's jab. only use gordo for comedic games of tennis.
FINAL ADVICE:
if you are taking this into competitive play, make sure to turn on items to have a chance of winning.
EDIT: i forgot the most key part of his play (ya know, why he's top tier), make sure to use down taunt IMMEDIATELY when the game begins, when you get a KO, when you get KO'd, when you win.
