Marth: you need to be cognisant of the fact that his strongest ko option (fsmash) is only going to hit you raw or off of a di/tech trap from throws. Spacing back airs and platform play is the best way to shut him down. If he does grab you, tech away from his body at higher percents and tech in and towards the ground at lower percents. If he is trying to chain grab with forward throw, arial out of it or di away from his body in the direction of fthrow.
Shiek: tilts are brutal in this matchup. Shiek can combo puff up to down throw fair kill percents with relative ease. Your best choice, once again, is to bair wall and platform camp. You can rest her recovery if you're confident in yourself, so edgeguards should be kos 80 percent of the time.
Both of these characters have predicable recoveries to a certain extent, so with puffs great edgeguard game you should have no problem closing stocks offstage. Also, crouching is huge in these mus since puff can duck under grabs from both of them and rest the whiff. also, cc fsmash is really good against these two in particular. This is open to advice and criticism, just what ive gathered from my play before joining smashboards.
Best of luck with your new knowledge!
