How to Start Games with Luigi Cyclone Charged

  1. Pick the higher player port (P1 < P2 < P3 < P4)
  2. Use the correct character and stage combinations. A table with the combinations for all stages can be found here.

PAL
  1. Pick the lower player port (P1 > P2 > P3 > P4)
  2. Go to Fountain of Dreams, Pokémon Stadium, Icicle Mountain, Onett, Big Blue or Poké Floats. It will work on any character.
