Many of you fellow Mac mains have seen "The Sandman Cometh" an amazing Mac montage featuring Solreth/Blue with even more impressive tech. I'll just link it here in case you haven't seen it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uTZWa-toKaI watch it it's amazing.
One of the coolest thing shown in the video is the Gazelle Punch shown in the very last clip and in a few others. Basically it goes from ledge to K.O. uppercut extremely quickly. Many Macs (I hope) tried to replicate this technique except that the timing is extremely strict giving at most two frames in which to execute the tech properly.
What I'm saying here is "one, two." Now repeat "one, two" aloud in sync with the video until you get the rhythm in your head. Now hit jump on the beginning of one and special on two. If you get the rhythm right then you should be able to perform a successful gazelle punch.
Tip: In training if you want to instantly get the K.O. punch again to practice just spawn 4 blast-boxes and hit one with a sweet-spotted up-smash to take 120 damage, no knkockback, and a risk-free K.O. punch ready to use.
Note: this applies to Mac's other specials too, not just K.O. punch
Another note: The rhythm in the beginning of the video is off, but I do get the correct rhythm in the second half of the video (after the K.O. punch in the background).
