New Hampshire is back in the business of hosting weekly tournaments! We're going to be doing weekly events for Melee and Project M on Sundays at Weggas in Manchester, NH! This will be an all-day event with doubles and singles for both Melee in the afternoon and Project M in the evening. The full schedule is below.
FEES
$5 Venue Fee for part of the day, $8 for the full day (waived with a full Melee/PM setup)
$2 per person per Doubles event
$5 per person per Singles event
SCHEDULE
1:00 PM: Doors Open, Signups Open
3:00 PM: Melee Doubles
4:00 PM: Melee Singles
6:00 PM: Melee Ends, main setups converted to Project M
6:30 PM: Project M Doubles
7:30 PM: Project M Singles
11:00 PM: Event Ends
RULES
Big House ruleset for Melee.
Project M is the same as Smashing Grounds.
Smashing Grounds Stagelist (which is the same as Paragon) is as follows:
Starters: Battlefield, Smashville, Pokemon Stadium 2, Green Hill Zone, Delfino's Secret
Counterpicks: Fountain of Dreams, Dream Land, Final Destination, Wario Land
Set Procedure:
- Character selection
- Stage strike 1-2-1
- Play match 1
- Winner of previous match chooses character
- Loser of previous match chooses character
- Winning player bans stages (2 bans)
- Loser of previous match announces next match's stage
- Play next match
