Mii fighters are allowed only as the standard 1.1.1 set, a violation will result in a DQ
Both players will choose from the following list of stages, then the two stages chosen will be chosen at random through the battle arena:
Final Destination*
Battlefield*
Smashville
Town and City
Pokémon Stadium 2
Lylat Cruise
Kalos Pokémon League
Yoshi's Island
Yoshi's Story
Unova Pokémon League
*Stages in these forms count as the same stage with the exception of Dream Land GB, Flat Zone X, Hanenbow, Super Mario Maker, Mute City SNES, Pac-Land, Duck Hunt, Windy Hill Zone, and Garreg Mach Monastery
Rounds are best two out of three except semifinals and finals of each bracket which are best three of five.
The tournament will cap at 64 entrants
If a game goes to time, the winner will be decided by the highest number of stocks then the lowest percent. In an event where the result still remains a tie, the game will be decided by the sudden death
Penalties:
Large amounts of lag that are clearly connected to you may result in a DQ
Leaving before the match is over will result in a DQ
Failure to report to your match on time results in a loss for the fist game unless tardiness exceeds three minutes, in which the match is forfeit.
Any form of cheating will result in a DQ
