Smash Journeyman
Attention Loyal Smash Brethren! Hitbox Arena is proud to present Smash @ Gameacon 2015. As part of helping make this premiere event a success, we have reworked the schedule to make it more accessible and affordable to all who would like to attend and participate. We will still be running 3 Days of Smash at his event...BUT here are some of the changes we have made! Check it out!

-All 3 Days will be streamed @

-We will have singles and doubles tournaments for 3 games, Melee, Smash 4 and Project M, instead of 2.
-Each game will START and FINISH on the same day. In other words, one Smash game per day. (please refer to schedule below)
-Coming for only 1 day? There will now be a "single day" event pass for only $20, if pre-registered by midnight Thurs Nov 19(sign-up below) After this dead- line and up to the "emergency" registration, a "single" day pass will increase to $30. Additional days may be purchased for only $10. So come down for as many days as you want and pay as you go! (other packages available if desired. Read below)

-Staying for more than 1 day or coming down early?
We encourage you to take advantage of the LOW rates the Tropicana offers for Thurs night ($59) and Friday night ($99) for stay-overs. >>>Link will be posted soon!
NOTE: This event will run pools if greater than 64 "total" entrants per game.
ATTENTION! If pools DO NOT take place for any game, the following schedule will apply!
- Doubles Tournaments start 2:00pm
- Singles Tournaments start 4:00pm

Day 1, Friday, Nov 20
10:00am - Doors open for "emergency" registration, friendlies and all-day Smash-Fest
12:00pm - Melee Singles Pools Wave 1 (if greater than 64 total entrants)
2:00pm - Melee Singles Pools Wave 2 (if greater than 64 total entrants)
4:00pm - Melee Doubles Tournament
6:00pm - Melee Singles Bracket (Top 32 from pools above OR if less than 64 entrants - Start @ 4:00pm)
Day 2, Saturday, Nov 21
10:00am - Doors open for "emergency" registration, friendlies and all-day Smash-Fest
11:00pm - Smash 4 Singles Pools - Wave 1 (if greater than 64 total entrants)
1:00pm - Smash 4 Singles Pools - Wave 2 (if greater than 64 total entrants)
3:00pm - Smash 4 Doubles Tournament
6:00pm - Smash 4 Singles Bracket (Top 32 from pools above OR if less than 64 entrants - Start @ 4:00pm)
Day 3, Sunday, Nov 22
10:00am - Doors open for "emergency" registration, friendlies and all-day Smash-Fest
11:00pm - PM Singles Pools - Wave 1 (if greater than 64 total entrants)
1:00pm - PM Singles Pools - Wave 2 (if greater than 64 total entrants)
3:00pm - PM Doubles Tournament
6:00pm - PM Singles Bracket (Top 32 from pools above OR straight bracket, if less than 64 entrants)
Gameacon Event Fees and packages:
> All event passes include access to all side events and activities that Gameacon offers
1-Day event pass - $20 (for those attending ONLY one day)
2-Day event pass - $30 ($20 + $10 for 1 additional day)
3-Day event pass - $40 ($20 + $10 + $10 for 2 additional days)

Spectator/all day friendlies pass (non-tournament entrant) - $20 per day. Includes access to all side events and activities that Gameacon offers
Gameacon Bracket Entry Fees:
All Singles Brackets - $10 per player
All Doubles Brackets - $10 per player
Payout - (based on number of total entrants in each event)
up to 32 - Top 3 - 60/30/10
from 33-64 - Top 4 - 55/30/10/5
from 65-up - Top 5 - 55/25/10/5/5
