The Revival of the Midlands Smash 4 scene begins here!

What is Regen?
Regen is the newest Smash Wii U Midlands tournament series organised by Team Regen. The Team, headed by long-standing community member and national organiser Will 'Willz' Savage, Geekzilla's Benjamin 'Kitton' Leech and Team SDB's Jack 'VERD' Verduyn, brings you an exciting new event series to be held in Birmingham City Centre.

Why should you attend?

• Venue - Aston University Engineering Academy, those who attended the past Midlands national 'Crusade' will be aware of how fantastic this venue is, and we'd like to continue using it for this and future Regen events!
• Travel - Birmingham has excellent travel links that make it one of most accessible places via train, coach and plane in the UK! The venue also being city centre based means no need for extra costs on buses/taxis to reach it.
• Accommodation - Cheap accommodation located on site and nearby within walking distance!
• Organisers - The newly formed Team Regen features organisers that have several years worth of experience and strive to deliver events that are worth every penny.
• Tournaments - We'll be running large Round Robin pools for the Singles tournament with everyone qualifying for either; Pro, Intermediate and Amateur bracket. Each event will have fantastic prizes for the winners. Players of all skill levels are guaranteed a whole day of competition! Best of 5 will be used throughout each of those brackets as well!
• Competitor - Featuring some of the country's best players with several hidden bosses from the Midlands region. Trophies, medals and other prizes for the winners!
• Spectator - Ample setups for friendlies, huge stage used for tournament and exhibition games throughout the day with large seating area and a quality livestream provided by Team Regen!
• DEGEN HOURS (18+ Only) - The official after-party of Regen. The Midlands scene is renowned for it's drinking, why don't you come and join us after the event for a bar crawl through Birmingham city centre?

Venue

• Early Bird - £10 (Until 03/12/17)
• Standard - £12.50 (Until 01/01/18)
• Late - £15
• Spectator - £5 (Cannot compete in tournaments)
• Guardian - Free

Tournaments

• Singles - £5 (96 Player Cap)
• Doubles - £5 per Player/ £10 per Team (32 Team Cap)

Venue fee is non-refundable after 1st December, Tournament fee is non-refundable after January 3rd.

• 09:00 - 10:00: Setup
• 10:00 - 10:30: Doubles Check in
• 10:30 - 12:30: Doubles Tournament
• 12:30 - 13:45: Singles Pool Wave 1
• 13:45 - 14:30: Singles Pool Wave 2
• 15:00 - 21:00: Pro, Intermediate and Amateur Brackets
• 21:00 - 22:00: Awards, Exhibitions, Casual Play and Finish
• 22:00 - 06:00: Degen Hours (Begins at Gosta Green pub)

If you're providing equipment, please make sure you're at the venue between 09:00-10:00 to help setup
