### Requirements and Rules of Entry:


Entrance is restricted to:

*PA - NY - NJ - DE - CT - RI - OH - MD - MA - VA - VT - NH - and - WV*

*LAN Adapter is required. An unstable connection can be fair grounds for disqualification.*

**These limitations are set in place to provide the best connection possible between competitors.**
