IGX - International Gaming Expo 2017 will be taking place on July 28th - 30th at the Boggus Ford Event Center in beautiful Pharr, TX.

What is IGX?
The first of its kind - IGX is a national tournament running 18+ tournaments for games including Smash 4, Smash Melee, Tekken 7, Street Fighter V, Marvel vs Capcom, and many more. For the full listing of games, check out the events section.

Who is going?
We have top level players coming from around the world. Several players of note include:

Who is organizing the event?
IGX is being organized by GameTime RGV - a multimedia eSports and gaming company based in Pharr, TX. With support from our local cities and multiple businesses (including Create the Bridge, FirstRGV Robotics, and many more...) we've been able to put together an amazing event in a short period of time.

Are 3ds' allowed to be used as a controller for the smash 4 wii u singles tournament? I don't have a Wii U or a gamecube controller so i'm used to the 3ds controls.

Do you think I could just come to watch other people or would I have to buy a ticket? I am not good enough to enter but I would like to meet some of the players.

Is there an age restriction for people who want to participate in the tournament for singles?
