Hello Hello! We are very happy to announce the new format for the Arcadian's. As you might have noticed we are only charging $5 for entry. That of course means that there will be no venue fee so everyone is free to show up and play friendlies until the event starts. With the new pricing, we will not be giving a cash pot but instead giving gift cards for the winners. This, just like the "Special Smash" day is going to be for the community and is our way of trying to give back.

Date: Monday, October 12, 2015

Time: 6pm check in; 7pm bracket starts sharp

Place: GameWorks Las Vegas eSports Room

Price: $5 entry

Game: Super Smash Bros. for Wii U

Stream: Twitch.TV/GameWorks

Payout:
First: $25 gift card
Second: $15 gift card
Third: $10 gift card

PR: We usually do not allow certain players to enter the tournament based off of them being highly ranked in Vegas. For this tournament we will be going off of the "New PR List" which will be announced soon by the admins of Vegas Smash 4.

● Stage Clause: A player/team may not pick any stage they previously won on during the set.

● Stage Bans: During the stage ban phase, the player who won the previous game may ban 1 stage from either the Starter or Counter-pick lists.

● SD Clause: On the onset of a SD KO move initiated, the winner is decided by the results screen.

● Team Colors: Players’ character colors must match their team's color when possible, to avoid confusion (ex: Luigi on the green team must use the green color, Mario on the red team must use the red color, Sonic on the blue team must use the blue color).

● Gentleman’s Clause: In the case where both players agree to play on a banned stage , then it is legal to play on for that set.

● After each match:
1. Winner announces stage ban (1)
2. Loser chooses counter-pick stage
3. Winner chooses their character
4. Loser chooses their character
