Hey everyone! We're back! Sorry I lied a little bit about the day, this should be the last time we host this on a Sunday! Damn Sakuracon taking up one of our weekends!

For this event we’ll be hosting two standard double elimination format tournaments for both Super Smash Bros Melee and Super Smash Bros for WiiU! Each game will feature a singles bracket and doubles bracket!

In order to give out cash prizes for this event, we will be requiring that all entrance fees be paid in CASH.

Entry Costs per Person:
• Venue: $5
• Singles Bracket: $5
• Doubles Bracket: $5

Prizing will be awarded as follows:
• 1st: 60%
• 2nd: 25%
• 3rd: 15%

Schedule:
• Check in starts at 11:00AM
• Doubles Tournament starts at 12:00PM
• Singles Tournament starts around 2:00pm, or whenever Singles reaches Grand Finals

Format for rounds will be:
• Finals, Semifinals: Best of 5
• Quarterfinals and all prior rounds: Best of 3

Minimum number of entrants: 8
Maximum: 128

The trial policy we used last event seemed to work well, so we will continue with it. We will be waiving the venue fees of the first handful of set ups to show up. We will announce how many will be waived no later than the Thursday beforehand.

A full setup includes:

Smash 4:
• WiiU with all legal DLC (Dreamland, Mewtwo, Lucas, Roy, Ryu, Corrin, and Bayonetta, possibly Umbra Clock Tower)

Melee:
• Nintendo Wii or Gamecube with a copy of Melee (disc or modded is fine)
• CRT TV
