1. Alamo Smash House will be running on a new PR. After every weekly the bracket will be submitted and I will have the new ELO score for everyone. I will update the PR after each month. These rankings will provide seeding for all future weekly’s. For our out of city players I will be placing ya'll on our PR that way SA knows where they stand up against Texas's best. I will also be creating a seperate PR with ONLY SA players on it, and that will be our top 10 banner. In order for any of those OoC players to be qualified for the final, at the end of the season, they must have had attended more than 50% of the tournaments for that season. If they have met the requierments but cannot make it to the tournament then the next player in line takes there place.

2. Weekly’s will be organized into 4 month seasons.

3. At the end of a season, one final tournament will be held. All of the collective entry fees taken throughout the season (50% of each weekly) will be the pot. This means the pot will be dependent on how many entrants there are throughout the entire season.

4. The final tournament will be for the top10 ranked players from the ELO Rankings. The players must also have entered at least 50% of the weekly’s in that season to enter the final tournament. This means that players can’t travel to 2-3 weekly’s only to farm enough points to get into the final tournament.

5. If a player in the top10 rankings cannot enter the final tournament (due to >50% of weekly’s entered or for personal reasons), the next player in line will replace them. (Rank 11 from the ELO Rankings and so on)

6. The bracket format for the Final Tournament will be seeded like so:http://i.imgur.com/7Sztjj6.png

8. Seasons (4 month periods):
January-April
May-August
September-December

The tournament is open to anyone and everyone! Just show up to the venue on the day of the tournament and bring the following.
What to Bring:
1. Enough cash for the events you wish to enter (see the prices above)
2. Your own controller (GameCube controller)

Project M Ruleset:
4 stock, 8:00 minute timer
Items OFF and set to NONE
Buffer OFF
Auto L-Cancel OFF
All sets are best of 3, except finals which are best of 5 (Bo5 sets with scale with the amount of entrants)
Ties after the time limit are determined by stocks, then by percentage.
If each player has one stock remaining and the match ends due to a suicide move (Ganon's side-B, DDD's swallow, holding someone in a grab on a platform as it moves out of the boundaries, etc.), the player who initiated the move wins.
You cannot counterpick any stage you have won on in a set unless agreed upon by the opponent.
Gigabowser and Wario Man are Banned.

Sudden Death: If a match ends with both players dying at the exact same time resulting in Sudden Death, a 1-stock, 3:00 minute rematch will be played out on the same stage.
Glitches: Any action that can prevent the game from continuing (freezing, disappearing characters, game reset, etc.) will result in forfeiture of the match for the player that initiated the action. You are responsible for knowing your own character and must be wary about accidentally triggering one of these effects.
Performance altering controller modifications (Turbo/Macro buttons) are not allowed.

After talking to Otaku Cafe they have agreed to allow us doubles. That being said this tournament will be featuring a doubles side event.

Teams are going to be $4. ($2 per person).

Doubles stage list will be:
Starters: Smashville, Battlefield, PS2, delfino's secret, and dreamland.
Counters: FOD, FS, Yoshi island (brawl), DP, Norfair

Winner bans 2 stages.

New stuff going on for this year:
To introduce our new Ranking system along with having one big final at the end of each season, something good to look forward to guys.

Reminder, 50% of the prize pool will now go to our final at the end of the season and the prize money will be distributed as shown:

In accordance with Farmers Fight 3 we will be using their CP rule:
After each match:
Winner chooses their character
Loser chooses their character
Winner announces TWO stage bans, effective for only one round
Loser chooses counterpick stage
