I don't watch many videos of any of the games, not even for characters I play. I kinda prefer to figure things out for myself. Only thing I've learned from watching videos of other players is to use d-smash more often.

I don't care much for livestreams tbh, they're a bit inconvenient and sometimes youre forced to watch players or characters you don't care about

As someone said, melee is much more spectater friendly, and I'll watch that go watch that for entertainment. Smash 4 I barely watch for entertainment, but for education

I've tried watching Melee too but it feels the same as watching sm4sh to me. I certainly enjoy watching skilled players over casuals, but I have more fun when I'm seeing others have fun.

Sheik's f-smash kills although I rarely use it (along with most Sheik mains) because compared to Sheik's other moves, it's slow (frame 12?) and plus, she has safer ways to land KO confirms (sourspot n-air/b-air > bouncing fish). F-smash is p.good for making reads tho. I guess
