Welcome to the Tucson Brawl Power Ranking Thread

MISSION STATEMENT
The purpose of this topic is to encourage tournament attendance and promote the rapidly competitive scene of brawl in Tucson, Arizona by giving us more of a reason to practice, and for out of staters to know us more at regional and national tournaments.

RULES FOR LADDER CHALLENGES
1) You can only challenge up to 2 spots above you
2) Top 6 can only challenge up to 1 spot above
3) If a higher rank loses to a lower rank, you switch spots
4) Unity Ruleset
5) Metaknight banned
6) Best of 5 (or Best of 7 if you guys agree to it)
7) You can only challenge the same person once a week
8) If you beat someone in a challenge, they have the opportunity to re-challenge you.
9) You must have someone from the Top 10 to witness your set and to see if you guys follow the rules.
10) Putting money on the line is optional, but encouraged
11) Tournament performance counts for ladder updates
12) IMPORTANT: If you challenge someone and they don't accept, you take their spot. You need to defend your ranking, so no backing out.

HOW PLAYERS ARE RANKED
- Rankings are mainly determined by WHO they beat and lost to at tournaments in singles bracket, and their placings at tournaments.
- Has to attend at least 1 or more tournaments, to promote a more active scene, unless they were eligible the previous season, in which case they can attend one tournament the current season to maintain eligibility.
- Recent tournaments have more of an impact than past tournaments

Lets put it this way, I was kicked out of the tournament by losing to Stevo, who got 4th, and Forte, who got 9th. I did beat Derp, who is 4th in this ranking, so I would say I am 10th.
