be wary of any post that starts with the phrases "is it just me or..." and "it seems...". especially when we have a ~confirmed change log~.

greninja buffs are hype. his dthrow true combos into fair at higher percents where dtilt would normally be your go-to, and his shuriken buff was EXACTLY what he needed. current greninja controls so much space its insane.

From my understanding, the data dump doesn't cover the properties of projectiles, yes?

have the sheik fair nerfs actually changed anything significant? Are the low percent fair strings still a thing?
No significant differences so far. Can still do SH fair FF all the way across the stage and that sort of thing.

Another confirmation: Ganon's Dsmash did indeed change.

It's angles are different, and it has more knockback.

Using just the last hit on the top platform of BF, a fully charged Dsmash killed Sheik at 80% on the 3ds unpatched. It killed Sheik at 57% on the Wii U.
WiiU and 3DS BF are different. I made that same mistake when hunting for changes last patch

95% of the people visiting this thread including me: Awesome! *clicks link* ... what the hell am I looking at? Guess I just need to wait a few hours for someone to translate it all...
Meanwhile, me: Awesome! *clicks link* ... oh, I can't load the site because a gorillion people that can't even read the data are looking at it.

I finally got one page to load at least, so:

:4myfriends:
Uair
- KBG reduced 100→94
- BKB increased 40→55
Dthrow
- Hitbox on 3% hit moved forward (xpos -7.0 → -5.0)

Mii sword fighter can throw two chakrams at a time now. Throw one to the ground and then throw another. Its pretty darn handy as a projectile now

The charizard hitbox is a windbox added to dtilt, pls get this right @ Shaya Shaya !!!!!11!!! Make sure to get the frame count correct too, it's not what it says on mastercore because of the frame speed modifier.

LITERALLY what i said

Palutena:

Uptilt goes higher and you can't fall out of it. Tested on 0% Kirby and Sheik
Forward air does 8 damage instead of 7 (apparently on 3ds version it does 9%... but I can't confirm this)
Side tilt can do 12 damage now (cause it has been altered not damage wise, but function wise)
Auto Reticle does 8,9,9 damage (like first time you use it does 8, next time does 9, next time 9)
someone confirm this besides me, please?

Hey guys, I might found something, I feel that Ganondorf's Up Smash has a smaller Hitbox... I don't know if this has time or something but what I can see is that the other person has to be very close to Ganondorf in order to conect the hit. Somenona can corroborate this?

Unless there was some change to the one sticking in the ground, this has been doable since at least the previous patch.

But I agree, it's a nice projectile.

Mewtwo's forward throw indeed does only 10% on not only Bowser, Ganondorf, Dedede, and Charizard, but for some reason does the full 13% on Donkey Kong.

Is it possible DK's "I'm hit" animation just happens to spread him around enough to get smacked by all the miniballs? Since Mewtwo's fthrow is something of a spray-and-pray. (Maybe check smaller characters like Kirby?)

Ya'll need to stop missing with mewtwos fthrow, at higher % some shadowballs will miss

They all hit at low-mid %'s, and it does somewhere around 13-13.4%

Can confirm Wii Fit's U-Tilt Damage 8% > 10%,
EDIT: Can also confirm that cancelled Header (side B) sticks around for much longer, still kinda useless though, And D-Smash does 10>12% uncharged and 14>16% fully charged

Sheik 's only change so far (via the datamine) is her Forward air:
fair's damage 5.5/4.8 ->5.0/4.3
fair's sweet/sour spot have been swapped, only the center tipper spot does 5% now, everywhere else does 4.3.
fair's knockback growth increased 125->132. This compensates for the damage nerf so overall sheik's fair has the same knockback.

This isn't the case. Mewtwo's forward throw will deal a base damage value of 13% to every character if all of the hits connect.

Also, I'll quote a change to the visual effects used for Meta Knight's Dimensional Cape that I found since it doesn't seem that the comment was viewed.
The visual effects used for the midair version of Meta Knight's Dimensional Cape and all of its custom variations were changed so that it matches the actual hitboxes of the attack instead of appearing at the last part of the animation, which doesn't have any hitboxes in the first place.

Lucas PK Thunder Goes considerably faster plus Sour Fair From 8->9, please confirm.
Confirmed sour F-air 8->9. (069 in the dump)
Can't confirm faster PK Thunder.

I believe 057/058/05B in the dump are for Lucas's three F-tilts (forward-up, forward, forward-down). There are only two changes, most notable being "Size=4.0f" -> "Size=4.40000009537f, so it's possible that the hitbox increased.

05D is the buffed D-tilt which has been mentioned already.

This leaves 072, 073, 074 unaccounted for.

These stats do not include projectiles apparently...so me and other Luigis noted he for sure got fireball end lag. Interesting on the fire punch buff...

I tried it against Jigglypuff and Kirby, and they both take 13%. I tried it on Fox to see if it had anything to do with fall speed but he took 13% too. Tried it against Samus (13%), Ike (13%), Mega Man (13%), and Bowser Jr. (12% due to clown car).

However, Yoshi only takes 10%.

Also, for those saying that all the balls should connect, I've been testing in training mode, from anywhere between 0% - 120% vs. Bowser and it still only does 10%.

Ike's Up Air has less KBG and has a higher BKB.

According to Dantarion, BKB is now at 37, so +9 from 28 and KBG is now 5e *explain pls* from 64.
They are hexidecimal values (which count up from 00 to 0F, then continue to 10; the highest value, FF, would be 255), so if the page says BKB was changed from 28 to 37 and KBG from 64 to 5E...

BKB went from 40 to 55, and KBG went from 100 to 94.

Also, i believe hitboxes on both grounded and aerial up b got bigger? 1.7 to 2.2 and 22 to 2.7 grounded and aerial, respectively

And i believe fiery jump punch (custom up b) got increased BKB as well 28 to 32

You're looking at the total damage value listed in the attack info at the side of the screen, but you're not looking at the damage values shown at the bottom of the screen.

DK:

Cargo Utoss has much less knockback (probably base, but not sure)

From the data dump from Dantarion:

- Usmash: hitbox size: 7.5 -> 8.80000019073
- Fsmash: hitbox size: 5.0 -> 5.69999980927

- dashattack hitbox frame 9-24 instead of 10-21 (they end at 25 and 22 respectively, but I think that's when you can do your next action since Big O has 10-21 for DKs dashattack framedata)

Here's the file if you want to see:

Charizard dtilt now has a small "windbox" (for lack of better term) that pushes them toward the hitbox. No hitstun on it or anything. Previously it would whiff on skinny characters very close to him.

You're right, I didn't notice it. The hitbox size was increased for both grounded and aerial.
