Well, do you think Nintendo actually intended the game to get an E10+ rating instead of a T one like both Melee and Brawl had? Because after all, Nintendo doesn't rate the game, the ESRB does, and I don't think Nintendo would have been like, "Oh crap guys! We're trying to go for an E10+ rating, so let's cut one of our most awesome characters just so the ESRB don't freak out!!"
And there is another thing to point out:

With what facts do you back up this theory? Seems like a pretty random thing to throw out without context.
Man, I still have to understand why people think that Kojima hates Nintendo...Hey when kojima leaves konami and starts kickstarter, maybe that game will come to wii u. Then no one can say he hates Nintendo.

The ESRB ratings have changed over time, not against Snake or anything, just saying. Just look at Earthbound.Pretty much every discussion about Snake has been beaten to death.
His presence in the game isn't going to suddenly bump the rating.
We just have to wait and hope he surprises us alongside the two other bandana wearing blokes.
Yeah, I see what you're getting at. Sadly, inappropriate jokes have been getting the hammer in Video Games. That's why Earthbound is rated T, I'm sure.
Plus it isn't like ERSB is the only one in the world. CERO and PEGI are also important, and they have rated Smash 4 as Brawl. It's 2 out of 3 that, in any case, wouldn't have problems with Snake DLC.

Kojima has said that the upcoming MGS games will be his last for the previous decade
But this time he is leaving konami, he can't work on mgs6 since he's no longer there. Plus, they are getting a new team for mgs.
The problem is that MGSVI wont be Metal Gear if doesn't have Kojima's sense of humor.
There is a reason I won't be buying any Metal Gear Games outside of Revengeance 2 after MGSV. I already own Legacy, and Revengeance.
Yeah, not only they are quite aged as games, but also those two are the canonical games thatbhave created most holes in the plot of the series! Who created the real first MG? Huey or Madnar? How Snake met Big Boss?
Assuming Screw Attack doesn't screw it up like it does with some of their other fights (Gaara vs. Toph), then yeah.
Unless Kojima is dierctly involved, and the helm of development, with the box saying A Hideo Kojima Game, I will not buy a new MGS game. I only trust Kojima with the crazy masterpiece of a story he has created, and the other storywriters he has worked with, but not letting those other script writers work alone. I hope that outside of Snake DLC, Hayter does not voice Solid Snake in any new MGS games by Konami alone without Kojima.
