I don't think all Nintendo movies will be made by Illumination and I don't think all of them will make it to theaters either (like directly to streaming or YouTube).

I just don't think most of the romance in Avatar was very well done and Aang and Katara feel kind of forced. I'm not a shipper but the chemistry between Zuko and Katara felt more convincing and less weird

And yeah sure she was the "mom friend" of the group but with Aang that part of her character felt especially prominent. Bleh.

I personally thought that Aang and Katara did develop legitimate chemistry as the story went on, but yeah, even as someone who isn't very fond of shipping anymore, I also think that Zuko and Katara would've felt a little more natural based on their interactions in the story. Even their voice actors believe their characters would have made more sense as a couple, IIRC.
