The Assists and Air Combos in MK12 look pretty cool. So that's got me somewhat excited, I hope the music in the game is a bit more like the trailers, since it's got more personality in it. The stages also look pretty nice. I also got to see they have the 3 segmented bars again, like MK9. And it seems like Breakers might be used from your assist instead, but it could be possible that both the assist and main fighter use them? I dunno. I like that the assist has access to multiple moves so that even if you only have one, you get options that sorta rival a VS title.
I think my main concern regarding the fighting mechanics is that its still on the slower side, compared to UMK3/MK4/MK9/MKX. But I can't speak too much on it without getting my hands on it.
Curious how many of the Cameos will also be playable, we know Kung Lao, Sub-Zero and Scorpion apply to this given was Ed Boon said. While I still would like more 3D era characters(barring the GOAT Kenshi) to get another shot. It'd be weird not to have Jax. Either way, the cameos we've seen so far are all in their OG timeline designs.
For Street Fighter 6, the Paris stage is a banger. But anything with good brass instruments is gonna hold my attention, lmao.
